The professional branch of the individual employer and domestic work emerged from the merger of the childcare provider branch and the domestic worker branch, as formalized in the collective agreement concluded on March 15, 2021.
This branch encompasses all employees governed by the national collective agreement for individual employers and domestic work, in effect since January 1, 2022.
It is composed of representatives from the employers' side (Fepem) and employees' side (trade unions: CGT, UNSA, FGTA-FO, SPAMAF, CFDT, CSAFAM).
