Home & Skills (hereinafter "D&C") is a non-profit organization governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, with its registered office located at 56 avenue de Quakenbrück - BP 20126 - 61004 Alençon.
C&C works in partnership with D&C and UDD for the development of professional training based on the guidelines set by the branch of the individual employers and home employment sector.

In summary: The information collected is subject to computerized processing based on the legal obligations of APNI, IPERIA (the "Certification et Compétences " brand) and UDD as data controllers for the purposes of managing and organizing the training of childminders and employees of individual employers. The provision and sharing of the information mentioned in the registration form and the processing of related information are essential for the effective management of training and the reimbursement of expenses during the training period (salary, allowances, and reimbursement of meal, accommodation, and travel expenses). Without it, the registration cannot be processed optimally or its processing will be delayed.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 26§2 of the GDPR, when two or more controllers jointly define the purposes and means of data processing, they commit to providing data subjects with the key aspects of their joint responsibility agreement, outlined below.
Created at the end of 2018 by the social partners of the home employment sector, the National Bipartite Association for Information and Innovation (hereinafter "APNI") must be able to establish quantitative statements on training, to be communicated to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Integration and to the skills operator. APNI must also report to its joint bodies (Board of Directors, Bureau, Management Board, etc.) on the use of vocational training funds.
