Our mission

Mandated by the professional branch of the individual employer and domestic work, IPERIA is the national platform dedicated to the professionalization of domestic work. We work to implement its professionalization policies.

Every day, our teams collaborate to equip current and future domestic workers – including childcare providers, childminders, personal carers, and family assistants—with the skills they need to succeed. From understanding your profession and identifying your needs to bringing your projects to life, we are here to maintain a strong connection with you and support you every step of the way.

For nearly 30 years, our unwavering commitment has been to develop and validate your human-centered professions through skills recognition. Choosing a career

Working in domestic roles is a choice—a commitment to trust and human connections. In return, you must master both technical and behavioral skills. Getting trained

Training is a right! Each year, you are entitled to up to 58 hours of training under the French skills investment plan, which can be combined (under certain conditions) with your personal training account. With an average of over 100,000 training enrollments annually, why not take advantage?

Getting certified

Certification marks the culmination of your training journey. With an official credential validating your acquired skills, you can reassure your (future) employers and boost your self-confidence in daily tasks - giving you a well-earned sense of legitimacy.

for childminders and personal carers

THE PROFESSIONAL BRANCH OF EMPLOYEES OF INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYERS ENTRUST US

with supporting the implementation and application of its professionalization policy (followed by the childcare providers’ branch in 2006).
