I've been a childcare provider for 20 years. I got into training through a friend who introduced me to the certification process. I completed an RPL and my career progression started from there. I attend between one and two in-person training programs a year because it's so rewarding to share experiences with colleagues. I've particularly gained many skills related to working with disabilities. The profession has evolved, and I've grown with it.
